Roller Rink Rental
Nothing creates a one-of-a-kind experience like having Oaks Park Roller Rink all to yourself! Just $160 per hour for up to 10 people. Additional skaters are $16 each. Private rentals may be booked online.
Picnic Areas
Offering beautiful and well-equipped outdoor event areas perfect for company parties, family reunions, graduation celebrations, birthday parties, community events, and more. Available March-September.
Dance Pavilion
Our indoor space, popular for weddings, fundraisers, holiday celebrations, quinceañeras, and more, is one of the metro area's most accommodating and affordable large-capacity special event venues!
Mini Golf Rental
Enjoy exclusive access to the spectacular Chipper's Woods Miniature Golf Course with beautiful waterfront views, a lush setting, and a fun and challenging 18-hole experience. Available seasonally.
Event space rentals require advanced reservations. The Dance Pavilion and a portion of the picnic grounds are undergoing renovations in 2025, and some dates will not be available.

Group rate bracelets/skating tickets must be purchased through our administration office a minimum of three business days in advance; no walk-in/day-of group discounts.

The full fee is due at the time of purchase. Group Discount Ride Bracelets/Open Skate Session admission tickets are non-refundable. To qualify for the non-profit Ride Bracelet rate, a valid tax-exempt ID number must be supplied.
Party Packages
All package levels are available during the Open Skate Sessions on Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Adult Package is also available during the Adult Skate Session on Tuesday nights. Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance. The location of the reserved table is in an area with a physical occupancy limit; therefore, the maximum number of guests allowed is 12, no exceptions.

Group Parking
Group Parking Codes are now available for select event types!
Picnic area, Dance Pavilion, and group discount event organizers are now able to cover parking fees for their guests! When you add Group Parking to your order, you will receive a unique Group Parking Code that your guests will enter at any onsite parking meter on the day of your event. When a guest uses that code, your card on file will be charged the parking fee instead of the guest having to pay the fee.
- Your card will be charged at the daily rate for the total number of times that your Group Parking Code is redeemed. The total will be charged to your card on file in a single, lump-sum transaction within 14 business following of the event. You will receive an emailed receipt for that transaction.
- You are able to limit the number of vehicles that may use your code.
- Each vehicle will only be able to enter the code once. Your guests will have in-and-out privileges on the day of the event; your card will not be charged multiple times if they come and go.
- You will be responsible for distributing your code to your guests in advance of the event. You are responsible for ensuring that only your invited guests are given that code; Oaks Park is not liable if uninvited individuals use your code.
- Parking spaces are available on a strict first-come, first-served basis and Group Parking Codes do not guarantee access to a parking spot. Lots often fill to capacity on weekends and event days in the summer. Group Codes can only be used at the onsite meters and cannot be used through the online portal.
- Parking fees are non-refundable; no exceptions.
- Group Parking must be arranged by the deadline for your event order and details.
Group Parking is not available to party package or retail Roller Rink rental organizers; standard parking policies apply.
