A limited number of tickets/bracelets are available per day. To guarantee your admission you must purchase tickets/bracelets online in advance. Tickets/bracelets open for online purchase starting 90 days in advance. Tickets/bracelets are non-refundable. The following policies apply:

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Chipper Cards are accepted at any register within the park. Online purchases require a credit or debit card. Chipper Cards are not accepted online but may be used to book tickets or Ride Bracelets by calling 503-233-5777 or emailing info@oakspark.com M-F between 9 AM and 4 PM. Except for Roller Bowler, which is coin-operated, cards and cash are now accepted at all games. Vending machines may require cash. Lockers are coin-operated. No refunds.
Height and safety requirements vary by ride. To view the requirements for each ride, visit our Ride Guide. Body shape may impact the ability to ride. All staff instructions regarding ride access and safety must be adhered to.
Parking fees apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking fees are per day and are payable onsite via self-service parking meters or on your mobile device at t2p.mobi/oaks1905. Only credit/debit cards are accepted at the parking meters; please visit Guest Services or the Skate Shop to pay with cash. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served and the lot frequently fills to capacity; do not purchase your parking online until you have a parking space onsite. There are no refunds. Failure to pay the parking fee will result in penalties. Carpooling is strongly recommended.

Peak Rates are in effect before 4:45 PM on all Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays during the amusement park season. Monthly/quarterly permits allow for unlimited parking, subject to parking space availability at the time of arrival, and are only available online at tocite.net/oakspark/Portal. Complimentary bus parking is available when arranged in advance. The parking lot is private property and is only available to visitors of Oaks Park. Vehicles not parked in designated parking stalls and those that block the flow of traffic will be towed at the owner’s expense; contact A&B Towing if your vehicle has been towed. The closest bus stop is approximately 1 mile away; visit the Tri-Met trip planner to plan your route. Bike racks are available near the Roller Rink. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Bike parking is available near the Roller Rink. Visitors may not ride bikes or skateboards (or any similar apparatus) within the amusement park. Skateboards cannot be used on the Roller Rink.
Tables on the midway and in the Roller Rink cafe are for guests with purchases from Oaks Park's concessions only. Oaks Park offers first-come, first-served picnic tables at the far south end of the park and along the west boundary overlooking the river. First-come, first-served tables are only available from 9 AM to close on days the amusement park is operational. All other picnic areas/event spaces require a reservation and a fee. A limited number of reserved picnic areas may be available to rent on a walk-in basis; inquire at Guest Services. Charcoal must be disposed of in an appropriate receptacle; inquire at Guest Services for the dump location.
A variety of concessions are available for purchase on the midway and in the Roller Rink. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome in the amusement park. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Food/beverages are not permitted on attractions or within Chipper's Woods miniature golf course. Outside food/beverages are not permitted in the Roller Rink.
Leaving personal articles unattended is prohibited, e.g., purses, bags, jackets, coolers, etc. Oaks Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Coin-operated lockers are located on the midway and in the Roller Rink. Lockers within the Roller Rink are for use by rink patrons only. Check for lost items at Guest Services. Separate lost & found services for items left behind in the Roller Rink are located at the Skate Shop.
Oaks Park’s facilities are ADA-compliant. All restrooms are handicap accessible. The Carousel and Train are wheelchair accessible. Mobility devices and wheelchairs may be used on the skating floor. Individuals assisting those with special needs must be wearing skates to enter the skating floor. Complimentary caregiver Ride Bracelets, Roller Rink admission tickets, and mini golf admission tickets are available for those assisting guests with special needs (one caregiver per ADA guest). A limited number of non-motorized wheelchairs are available to rent from Guest Services for $10; you must leave an ID at Guest Services in order to rent a wheelchair.
Friendly dogs are welcome. No other animals are allowed except trained service animals. Care and clean-up are the responsibility of the handler. Dogs/service animals must be leashed and attended at all times. Only service animals are permitted in the rink; no pets. Service animals may not be taken onto the skating floor except in a wheeled device (e.g., stroller or ADA service animal cart). Only service animals are allowed on the miniature golf course; no pets. Please be aware that much of the surface in the park is paved and on hot days the pavement can reach temperatures too high for animal safety. For everyone's safety, animals, including service animals, are not permitted on the rides.
A limited number of strollers are available to rent from Guest Services; single strollers are $7.50 and double strollers are $10. You must leave an ID at Guest Services in order to rent a stroller. Oaks Park does not currently offer stroller parking at attractions. Baby changing stations are available in most restrooms. For nursing privacy options, please visit Guest Services.
Oaks Park does not offer personal paging. We recommend that families/groups designate a meeting place should you become separated. Lost children will be kept with an Oaks Park employee until a responsible adult is located.
All guests must maintain dress and behavior standards in accordance with the park's mission of providing a safe, wholesome, family atmosphere. No offensive language, gestures, or attire is permitted. Face coverings/cosplay are not permitted without prior permission.
Soliciting and petitioning are prohibited without prior, written consent from Oaks Park management.
Line jumping is not allowed. Line jumping is defined as cutting in front of other guests waiting in line, leaving a line then trying to re-enter the line at the same point, or saving a place for someone.
Roving security staff are onsite 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
There are no refunds or price reductions if a ride is closed for maintenance during all or part of the operating day.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking is prohibited on the midway, in the Roller Rink, within Chipper's Woods miniature golf course, in the restrooms, and in parking lots near attractions. Your courtesy is appreciated.
Oaks Park is open rain or shine. The park may close early or not open when an extreme heat or winter weather warning is in effect. If we are open any part of our operational day, there are no weather-related refunds, exchanges, or rain checks.
Fireworks, weapons, drugs (including marijuana), and personal alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Oaks Park property. Individuals under the influence may not be allowed to stay. Water balloons, water slides, dunk tanks, chalk (sidewalk chalk, spray chalk, etc.), hay/haybales, sawdust/bark dust, piñatas, bubble machines, glitter/confetti of any kind, pyrotechnics, raw rice, hammocks, fog machines, and inflatables/bounce houses are also not allowed.
The following skater safety regulations apply during all skating activities.
Waivers: All visitors participating in roller skating must complete a waiver. Waivers for minors must be completed by a parent or guardian. Waivers are valid for 30 days from the time they are submitted.
Coming & Going: Skates may not be worn into, or out of, the Roller Rink. No "in and out" privileges or loitering around the building.
Food & Beverages: Outside food/beverages are not allowed in the Roller Rink. Food/beverages may be purchased at Rick's Roller Rink Cafe. All food and beverages must stay in the cafe. Gum is not permitted in the Roller Rink.
Skates: Admission includes standard skate rental. Specialty skate rental requires a separate fee. Socks must be worn with rental skates. Personal skates are welcome, subject to inspection by Oaks Park staff. Skates that are determined by Oaks Park staff to run a risk of damage to Oaks Park's property or risk skater safety may not be used.
Personal Items & Apparel: Headgear, headsets, Bluetooth headphones, and sunglasses may not be worn while roller skating. Hats may not be worn while skating except when secured with a hat clip (available for purchase at the Skate Shop). Any handheld device or anything that may startle or detract from the enjoyment of other skaters (e.g., snap fans, clackers, whistles, etc.), is not permitted. Management reserves the right to determine whether any item can be allowed on the skating floor or in the rink. Loose items are not permitted on the skating floor, e.g., cell phones, cameras, stuffed animals, etc. Loose clothing draped around the body may not be taken on the skating floor. Apparel and/or accessories that, in the sole opinion of the Management, compromise skater safety are prohibited. Apparel with feathers or any other loose elements that could fall off is not permitted in the Roller Rink. Coin-operated lockers are available for $.25 - $.50 within the Roller Rink. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Safe Skating Practices: All guests must wear skates to be on the skating floor except during Preschool Play & Skate. For everyone's safety, the following behaviors are prohibited: jumping, fast or reckless skating, weaving, zigzagging, and practicing roller derby moves through traffic. Pushing, shoving, racing, chasing, or playing tag is not permitted anywhere in the Roller Rink. All skaters must keep moving while on the skating floor; skaters may not stop and stand along the sidewalls or eat and drink over the walls. No one may pick up and/or carry anyone while wearing skates, including parents of small children. Sitting on, or jumping over, the sidewalls is not allowed. Sitting on laps or showing excessive affection is not allowed. Violation of any of these rules may result in eviction from the premises without refunds. Report all conflicts and safety concerns to the staff.
Warm Weather Advisory: The Roller Rink does not have A/C. The main skating floor is cooled by a swamp cooler. Rick's Cafe is air-conditioned.
Skate at Your Own Risk: Roller skating is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury; by participating you assume the risk of injury.
Guests are encouraged to take photos for personal use and share them on social media with friends and family. Commercial/professional photography is prohibited without prior consent; fees apply.
