Donations
Qualifying non-profit organizations can receive 4 free Ride Bracelets. Requests are only accepted through our online form.
Oaks Park will make efforts to return found property to its rightful owner. We have contracted with Reclaim Hub, a third-party database program, to organize the handling of lost and found items.
Lost & Found Handling Guidelines:
Property worth $25 or less is kept for 7 days. If not retrieved within 7 days, it is donated or disposed of.
Property valued over $25 is kept for 30 days and will be donated or disposed of if not retrieved within 30 days.
Soiled, wet, or damaged items will only be kept until the end of the operating day in which they are found, and then will be disposed of.
