Party Package Policies
Before booking your party, please review the party package policies.
Reservations & Payments
Packages are only available during the sessions specified below. The number of package reservations available per session is limited.
- Tuesdays: 7-9:30 PM (Adult Package only; all guests must be 18+)
- Fridays: 7-10:30 PM
- Saturdays: 1-5 PM or 7-10:30 PM
- Sundays: 1-5 PM or 7-9:30 PM
Your guests may skate the entire session.
When making your reservation, you will choose when to take a break from skating to start your 45-minute table reservation in the Roller Rink Cafe.
All ages and skating abilities are welcome.
Everyone must have skates on to enter the skating floor.
Reservations are required. Reservations open 90 days in advance and may be booked online at oakspark.com/birthdays.

A credit or debit card is required to book either online or by phone. To use a Chipper card to make your reservation, please call.
The maximum number of people is 12, no exceptions. The birthday person counts toward the 12-person maximum. The package price does not decrease if you have fewer than 12 people attending. All ages are welcome to be included as guests in the party package.
The stall where the party table is located has a physical capacity limit of 14 people; only 12 party guests and 2 supervising adults may enter the stall. The area adjacent to the party stall is reserved for guests actively consuming cafe counter purchases; there is no standing room or extra seating near the party stall for additional people. If you have additional people, they must wait outside of the cafe during the table time. There are ample lobbies/spectator areas where they can wait.
If you have additional people who want to skate alongside your party guests, they may do so by purchasing general admission tickets. Non-skating spectators are welcome at no charge, but again, they cannot enter the party stall during table time as the physical capacity of that space is limited.
While we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change the details of your party order after the time of purchase, we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Requests to make changes to your party details must be made at least 72 hours before the date of your party by calling 503-233-5777 or emailing weborders@oakspark.com.
Substitutions are not permitted for items included in the party package, and party packages are not combinable with other offers, coupons, or specials.
The full fee is due at the time you reserve your party package.
Oaks Park only accepts card payments at all locations, including ticketing windows, games, concessions, retail locations, parking meters, etc. You can pay for purchases using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, a debit or prepaid card, or a Chipper Card. Select locations also accept Apple Pay and Android Pay.
What if I only have cash?
- ReadyCard cash-to-card machines are available to convert cash to a prepaid card. Cards can be loaded with $1-$500. ReadyCards cannot be reloaded.
- If you do not use all of your preloaded funds during your visit, you can use the card offsite anywhere in the U.S. that Mastercard is accepted.
- ReadyCard machines are located near Guest Services, near the shooting gallery in the historic Blue Streak building, and in the Roller Rink lobby.
- You can check your card balance at the onsite kiosk, by calling the number on the back of the card, or by visiting rcbalance.com.
- Keep your ReadyCard receipt. If you have issues with your card, you can call the number printed on it, and if you have your receipt, a representative from the card company will be able to help you. Unfortunately, if you do not have your receipt, there’s nothing we can do.
Party packages are non-refundable.
In cases of emergency, the party date may be rescheduled by emailing weborders@oakspark.com at least 72 hours before the original reservation date/time.
Standard skate rental is included at no additional charge. Specialty skates are available to rent at the Skate Shop (subject to availability) for a $3-5 fee.
Personal skates are welcome, subject to inspection.
Spectators are welcome at no charge. Spectators may not enter the skating floor.
Spectators are not able to enter the party stall. There is no standing room near the party table; the tables nearby are reserved for other parties and guests actively consuming purchases from the cafe counter. Spectators must wait outside of the cafe during your table time.
Safety & Mandatory Waivers
Roller skating is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury; you assume the risk of injury by participating.
All visitors participating in roller skating must complete a waiver. Waivers for minors must be filled out by a parent or guardian. Any individual who does not have a waiver on file will not be able to skate.
It is your responsibility to ensure that each of your guests has completed a waiver before your visit; instruct parents/guardians of minor guests to visit oakspark.com/waiver to fill out the required form before the date of your event.
Headgear, headsets, Bluetooth headphones, and sunglasses may not be worn while roller skating. Hats may not be worn while skating except when secured with a hat clip. Loose items, such as cell phones, cameras, stuffed animals, etc., are prohibited on the skating floor. Loose clothing draped around the body may not be taken on the skating floor.
All guests must wear skates to be on the skating floor. For everyone's safety, the following behaviors are prohibited: jumping, fast or reckless skating, weaving, zigzagging, and practicing roller derby moves through traffic. Pushing, shoving, racing, chasing, or playing tag is prohibited in the Roller Rink. All skaters must keep moving while on the skating floor; skaters may not stop and stand along the sidewalls or eat and drink over the walls.
No one, including parents of small children, may pick up and/or carry anyone while wearing skates. Sitting on or jumping over the sidewalls is not allowed, and sitting on laps or showing excessive affection is not permitted.
Violating these rules may result in eviction from the premises without refunds. Report all conflicts and safety concerns to the staff.
At the Rink
You must check in at the Roller Rink Birthday Window in the entrance lobby during the specified check-in period listed below. Only the Customer listed on the Order Confirmation may check-in; if guests arrive before the contact on the reservation arrives to check in, they must wait in the front lobby until the listed contact arrives.

Each guest must check in at the Birthday Window as they arrive. They will be admitted to the rink once we verify their waiver and collect their gift.
Waivers are verified using the parent/guardian's phone number. We strongly advise you to bring a list with all the parents' phone numbers.
Other parties will also be checking in during the check-in period; all check-ins are performed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Oaks Park staff will collect guests' gifts at check-in and store them for you before and after your reserved table time. Oaks Park cannot store personal items (shoes, jackets, purses, etc.) with the gifts; lockers are available in the rink to secure your belongings. Keep high-dollar value items with you.
Our priority during table time is serving food and beverages, but if time allows, you may also open your gifts at the table.
Gifts must be retrieved from the check-in window by the conclusion of the Open Skate session during which your party takes place.
Oaks Park is not responsible for loss or damage to gifts.
Failure to arrive during your designated check-in period may result in less time at the party table and/or reduced skating time. Your party table will be held for 20 minutes after the start of the reserved time; after 20 minutes, the reservation is forfeited, and the space will be prepared for the next party or opened for public seating.
If you miss your table time, the check-in staff will package your party materials for pick up at the end of the skating session; party package materials may not be set up/consumed at the first-come, first-served cafe tables. Your cake may not be served, as cake service is only permitted during the supervised, scheduled table time.
There are no refunds for late arrivals.
You will have access to your party table for 45 minutes starting at the time you selected when booking your event. Table assignment is at the sole discretion of Oaks Park. Early access/extensions are not available. Due to space limitations, access to the party table is limited to the guests included in the package, plus 2 supervising adults. Any additional guests must wait outside of the cafe during the table time.
Your party package includes up to 12 place settings with disposable plates, forks, napkins, cups, and a plastic tablecloth in a "happy birthday" theme. Your party host will set the tableware before the start of your reserved time. If you prefer, you are welcome to provide your own tableware for our staff to set out in place of our materials. All setup must be done by our Party Hosts; you are not able to access the table before the start of your reserved table time.
Your Party Host will clear the table throughout the table time and at the end of the table reservation. Please be considerate of our staff by giving your best effort to keep the party table area clean and tidy during your reserved time.
Party poppers, confetti, streamers, glitter, and silly string are prohibited. The use of prohibited items or creating an excessive mess will result in the card on file being charged a cleaning fee starting at $200.
The food and beverages ordered in the package will be served during your table time. The included refillable pitchers may only be refilled during your table time.
Party packages do not include a birthday cake. Party organizers can bring a shelf-stable cake or cupcakes to serve during your table time. Oaks Park will store your cake before and after your table time. We cannot store your cake/cupcakes in our fridge or freezers; no ice cream cakes are allowed. Please bring candles and matches. A cake knife will be provided.
No other outside food/beverages may be brought into the rink, no exceptions. Food items that are not picked up by the end of the session are given to our staff.
The Adult Package includes 2 drink tickets per person. Those can be redeemed at the Cafe counter for alcoholic beverages. Alcohol will only be served to guests 21 years and older; an ID check will be required. Oaks Park reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at any time. Drink tickets may also be redeemed for a 32 oz. soft drink.
Deluxe, Ultimate, and Adult party packages include gift card credits. Gift cards work at any register or game in the park and never expire.
Oaks Park's gift to the birthday person includes a refillable souvenir cup. Refills are complimentary on the day of the party only; refills on subsequent days are $.99 per refill.
The live pipe organ is played on Sundays during the 1 PM and 7 PM Open Skate sessions.
The Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday Open Skate sessions feature a mix of current top-40s and retro hits.
Approximately 5 minutes before your table time starts, Oaks Park staff will make an announcement wishing the guest of honor a happy birthday and inviting party guests into the Cafe for your table time.
The redemption arcade is open during all Open Skate sessions. Cards are the only form of payment accepted at the games.
Coin-operated lockers are available.
Sometime in 2025, lockers will be updated to only accept tokens that can be purchased at the Box Office or Skate Shop; check back soon for updates.
Glow Skate: Happening during the 7-10:30 PM Open Skate Session on the 2nd Friday of the month, October-April, our popular Glow Skate features our disco lights, black-out skate specials, and a free glow stick with paid admission. Regular admission rates apply.

The Roller Rink does not have A/C. The main skating floor is cooled by a swamp cooler. Rick's Cafe is air-conditioned.
Parking
A daily parking fee of $4 per vehicle applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The fee is payable onsite via self-service parking meters or on your mobile device. Only credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted at the parking meters. Chipper cards are not accepted at the parking meters. There are no refunds.
Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and the lot frequently fills to capacity; do not purchase parking until you are parked onsite. Carpooling is strongly recommended.
The lot is private property and is only available to Oaks Park visitors. Vehicles not parked in designated parking stalls and those blocking traffic flow will be towed by A&B Towing at the owner’s expense.
Failure to pay the parking fee will result in penalties. Rates are subject to change without notice.
For frequent visitors, monthly/quarterly unlimited parking permits are available. Parking permits are only available online.

Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and the lot frequently fills to capacity; permit parking is subject to parking space availability at the time of arrival. Vehicles not parked in designated parking stalls and those blocking traffic flow will be towed by A&B Towing at the owner’s expense.
Complimentary bus parking is available when arranged in advance.
Complimentary bike racks are available near the Roller Rink.
Use a secure bike lock; Oaks Park is not responsible for loss or damage.
You can cover your guests' parking fees by adding Group Parking to your order. You will choose a unique alphanumeric Group Parking Code that your guests must enter at any onsite parking meter on the day of your event (3 characters minimum, 10 characters maximum). Group Parking Codes cannot be used through the online portal.
You can limit the number of vehicles that may redeem your code. You will be responsible for distributing your code to your guests in advance of the event and ensuring that only your invited guests are given the code; Oaks Park is not liable if uninvited individuals use your code.
Within 14 business days after the event, your card on file will be charged at the daily rate for the total number of times your code is redeemed. Each vehicle will only be able to redeem the code once.
Parking fees are non-refundable; no exceptions. Group Parking must be added to your order at least 28 business days before your event.
Parking spaces are available on a strict first-come, first-served basis, and Group Parking Codes do not guarantee access to a parking spot. Lots often fill to capacity on weekends and event days in the summer.
