Party Table: You will have access to your party table for 45 minutes starting at the time you selected when booking your event. Table assignment is at the sole discretion of Oaks Park. Early access/reservation extensions are not available. Due to space limitations, access to the party table is limited to the guests included in the package plus 2 supervising adults. Your party package includes up to 12 disposable cake plates, 12 forks, 12 napkins, 12 cups, and a plastic tablecloth in a "happy birthday" theme. Up to 12 disposable dinner plates are also provided for packages that include pizza. The tableware will be set by your Oaks Park Party Host before the start of your reserved time. In an effort to eliminate waste, if you have less than 12 attendees, the number of plates, forks, cups, etc., set on the table will be adjusted to correspond to the number of guests in attendance. You are welcome to provide your own tableware for our staff to set out if you prefer. Your Party Host will clear the table throughout the table time and at the end of the table reservation. Please be considerate of our staff by giving your best effort to keep the party table area clean and tidy during your reserved time. Party poppers, confetti, streamers, glitter, and silly string are not allowed. The use of prohibited items or creating an excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees starting at $200.
Food and Beverages: The food/beverages ordered as part of the package will be served during your table time. The included refillable pitchers may only be refilled during your table time. Party packages do not include birthday cake; you are welcome to bring a shelf-stable cake or cupcakes to serve during your table time. Please bring your own candles and matches. A cake knife will be provided. Oaks Park will store your cake before and after your table time. No other outside food/beverages may be brought into the rink, no exceptions. Cakes/cupcakes may only be brought into the Roller Rink by guests with a party package reservation. Food items that are not picked up by the end of the session are given to our staff. We are not able to store your cake/cupcakes in our fridge or freezers; no ice cream cakes are allowed.
Alcohol: The Adult Package includes 2 drink tickets per person. Those can be redeemed at the Cafe counter for alcoholic beverages. Alcohol will only be served to guests 21 years of age and older; an ID check will be required. Oaks Park reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at any time. Drink tickets may also be redeemed for a 32 oz soft drink or an ICEE.
Gifts: Oaks Park staff will collect your guests' gifts at check-in and store them for you before and after your reserved table time. Our priority during the table time is the service of food/beverages, but if time allows you may open your gifts at the table as well. Gifts must be retrieved from the check-in window by the conclusion of the Open Skate session during which your party takes place. Oaks Park cannot store personal items (shoes, jackets, purses, etc.) with the gifts; coin-operated lockers are available in the rink to secure your belongings. Keep high-dollar value items with you; Oaks Park is not responsible for loss or damage to gifts.
Refillable Souvenir Cup: Oaks Park's gift to the birthday person includes a refillable souvenir cup. Refills are complimentary the day of the party only; refills on subsequent days are $.99 per refill.
