The credit card on file must have an expiration date that falls after the date of your scheduled visit.

Ride Bracelets: Ride Bracelets include all of the rides for which the wearer meets the height and safety requirements. Rider requirements and restrictions vary by ride; please visit our Ride Guide for details. Bracelets are only available as part of an advance, group order; there are no individual Ride Bracelet sales during the School Party Program. You are responsible for distributing bracelets to your group. Many rides require an adult to ride with children under a given height; see the Ride Guide for more information. Rides with a maximum height limit of 48" or less may not be available during School Party Program dates. The number of Ride Bracelets available each day is limited. Ride Bracelets are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions. School Party Program Bracelets are valid on the day of your reservation only. School Party Program Bracelets cannot be used on standard operating days. Roller skating, mini golf, games, concessions, and merchandise are not included with Ride Bracelets. Chaperones/school staff do not receive free bracelets; bracelets for your chaperones/staff must be included in the bracelet purchase for your group.
Non-riders: Individuals who will not be riding the rides are welcome to enter the park at no charge. The anticipated number of non-riders attending with your group must be included in your signed Event Reservation form.
Additional Attractions and Activities: The concession stands, games, mini golf course, and gift shop will be open during the School Party Program; separate fees apply. Mini golf is subject to hourly capacity limitations. Students may only enter the Gift Shop when accompanied by a chaperone and large bags are not allowed in the store. Hours may vary from the ride hours. Long wait times should be expected at the concession stands. The Roller Rink is closed during school parties.
Check-in and Bracelet Pick-Up: Only the primary contact or onsite group leader listed on the signed Event Reservation form may check in your group and receive your Ride Bracelets. Once final payment has been received, advance pickup options will be emailed to the primary contact listed on the signed Event Reservation form. You do not have to pick your bracelets up before the event date; you always have the option of picking up your Ride Bracelets when you arrive at the park on the day of your group's visit.
Student Supervision: A ratio of one chaperone per 10 students is recommended. Chaperones are responsible for supervising your students and ensuring that our park rules are obeyed and our staff and grounds are respected. Students must be chaperoned at all times, regardless of age or perceived independence. Any students who violate our rules and expectations will have their Ride Bracelet confiscated without refund and be remanded to school staff for the remainder of the day. You are responsible for the security of your student's possessions; Oaks Park does not have storage facilities available for backpacks, lunches, etc.
Public Picnic Tables: A limited amount of free first-come, first-served picnic tables are available. The location of the public-use picnic tables can be seen on our map. You must clean up after your students and leave the tables and surrounding grass/pavement free of trash and ready for the next group to use when you are done. All other tables are part of rentable picnic areas and may only be accessed by the group that has contracted and paid for their use. All tents, gazebos, and other structures are part of the rented areas and may not be accessed except by the group that has rented it for the day. Tables on the midway are reserved for guests with concession stand purchases.

You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages or individual beverages are available for purchase at the concession stands. Bottled beverages are also available to purchase by the case (pre-order only). The closest bus stop is approximately 1 mile away; visit the Tri-Met trip planner to plan your route. Bike racks are available near the Roller Rink. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Group Parking for Personal Vehicles: You can cover the parking fees for your guests by adding Group Parking to your order. You will choose a unique alphanumeric Group Parking Code, which your guests can enter at any onsite parking meter on the day of your event (3 characters minimum, 10 characters maximum). Within 14 business days after the event, your card on file will be charged at the daily rate for the total number of times your code is redeemed. Each vehicle will only be able to redeem the code once. You can limit the number of vehicles that may redeem your code. You will be responsible for distributing your code to your guests in advance of the event. You are responsible for ensuring that only your invited guests are given the code; Oaks Park is not liable if uninvited individuals use your code. Parking spaces are available on a strict first-come, first-served basis and Group Parking Codes do not guarantee access to a parking spot. Lots often fill to capacity on weekends and event days in the summer. Group Parking Codes cannot be used through the online portal. Parking fees are non-refundable; no exceptions. Group Parking must be added to your order a minimum of 28 business days before your event..
