Quest Center Fundraiser Ride Bracelet Policies

Dates: Quest Center fundraiser bracelets are on sale November 1 through December 31, 2024. Tickets may be redeemed for a ride bracelet on any single, standard operating day through October 31, 2025. For opening and closing times, view our hours page. Fundraiser bracelets are not valid on July 4.

Purchasing: A portion of the purchase price goes to The Quest Center as a fundraiser. The special fundraiser bracelet is only available online through the special webstore portal. Fundraiser bracelets cannot be purchased on the regular retail webstore or onsite. Ride bracelets are non-refundable. Each rider must have their own bracelet including supervising companions/parents riding with children; bracelets are non-transferable and are only valid for the original wearer. Transferred bracelets will be voided without refunds. Ride bracelet tickets must be redeemed for ride bracelets at the Ticket Booth on the day of your visit. The bracelet will only be valid the day that the ticket is redeemed. Non-riders are welcome to enter the park at no charge except during Oktoberfest (the third weekend in September).

Rider Requirements: Ride Bracelets allow unlimited access to the rides for the selected date during normal operating hours. Rider requirements and restrictions vary by ride; please visit our Ride Guide for details. Roller skating, miniature golf, and games are sold separately.

Food/Beverages: Midway concessions will be operational during all amusement park hours; view menu. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the amusement park; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Tables on the midway are reserved for guests with purchases from our concessions. A limited number of first-come, first-served picnic tables are available at the south end of the park. To rent one of our reservable picnic areas, visit our picnics page.

Ride Maintenance: There are no refunds or price reductions if a ride is closed for maintenance during all or part of the operating day.

Refunds and Cancellations: Ride bracelet tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for the date/time listed on your ticket. In cases of emergency, tickets may be rescheduled by emailing weborders@oakspark.com a minimum of 72 hours before the date/time listed on your ticket.

Parking: Parking fees apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking fees are per day and are payable onsite via self-service parking meters or on your mobile device at t2p.mobi/oaks1905. Only credit/debit cards are accepted at the parking meters; please visit Guest Services to pay with cash. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served and the lot frequently fills to capacity; do not purchase your parking online until you have a parking space onsite. There are no refunds. Failure to pay the parking fee will result in penalties. Carpooling is strongly recommended.
