Ride Bracelet Group Discount

Group Discount Offer: The group discount is 25% off retail Ride Bracelets. A minimum purchase of 25 bracelets is required to qualify.

Non-profit Group Rate: Qualifying non-profit organizations receive 40% off with the advance purchase of 25 or more Ride Bracelets. To qualify for the non-profit group rate you must provide a verifiable 501(c)(3) tax-exempt ID number when making your request.

Under 48" Bracelets: Under 48" Bracelets count toward the combined total of 25 bracelets required to qualify for the discount. Under 48" Bracelets may not be issued to any guest who is 48" or taller. Any guest who measures 48" or taller but is wearing an Under 48" Bracelet will be denied admission to the rides. You are responsible for verifying your guests' heights before placing your order.

Reservations: Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 business days in advance. Requests must be made through our online request form. Completion of the request form does not guarantee your reservation. You will be contacted by our staff to finalize your reservation. There are no day-of, walk-in, or onsite group discounts available.

Credit Card Authorization Form: In order to set your reservation, you must complete and submit a Credit Card Authorization Form to be kept on file through the date of your visit. You may pay using another means, but a valid credit card form to keep on file must be provided even when paying by cash or check, no exceptions. The credit card on file must have an expiration date that falls after the date of your scheduled visit.

Payment: The full fee is due at the time of booking.

Arrival Time: Ride bracelets are valid from open to close on the date designated at the time of purchase. You do not have to arrive at opening; you may arrive anytime during operating hours until 1 hour before close. For opening and closing times, view our hours page.

Rider Requirements: Ride Bracelets allow unlimited access to the rides for the selected date during normal operating hours. Rider requirements and restrictions vary by ride; please visit our Ride Guide for details. Roller skating, miniature golf, and games are sold separately.

Food and Beverages: Midway concessions will be operational during all amusement park hours; view menu.  Guests are also welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the amusement park; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.  Tables on the midway are reserved for guests with purchases from our concessions.  A limited number of first-come, first-served picnic tables are available at the south end of the park. Bus Parking: Bus parking is free when arranged in advance.

Retail Parking for Personal Vehicles: A daily parking fee of $4 per vehicle applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The parking fee is payable onsite via self-service parking meters or on your mobile device at t2p.mobi/oaks1905. Only credit/debit cards are accepted at the parking meters; please visit Guest Services to pay with cash. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served and the lot frequently fills to capacity; do not purchase your parking online until you have secured a parking space onsite. There are no refunds. Failure to pay the parking fee will result in penalties. Carpooling is strongly recommended. The parking lot is private property and is only available to visitors of Oaks Park. Vehicles not parked in designated parking stalls and those that block the flow of traffic will be towed at the owner’s expense. The closest bus stop is approximately 1 mile away; visit the Tri-Met trip planner to plan your route. Bike racks are available near the Roller Rink. Rates are subject to change without notice.

You will choose a unique alphanumeric Group Parking Code which your guests to enter at any onsite parking meter on the day of your event (3 character minimum, 10 character maximum). Within 14 business days after the event, your card on file will be charged at the daily rate for the total number of times your code is redeemed. Each vehicle will only be able to redeem the code once. You can limit the number of vehicles that may redeem your code. You will be responsible for distributing your code to your guests in advance of the event. You are responsible for ensuring that only your invited guests are given the code; Oaks Park is not liable if uninvited individuals use your code. Parking spaces are available on a strict first-come, first-served basis and Group Parking Codes do not guarantee access to a parking spot. Lots often fill to capacity on weekends and event days in the summer. Group Parking Codes cannot be used through the online portal. Parking fees are non-refundable; no exceptions. Group Parking must be added to your order a minimum of 28 business days before your event.

Prohibited Items: Fireworks, weapons, drugs (including marijuana), and personal alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Oaks Park property. Individuals under the influence may not be allowed to stay. Water balloons, water slides, dunk tanks, chalk (sidewalk chalk, spray chalk, etc.), hay/haybales, sawdust/bark dust, piñatas, bubble machines, glitter/confetti of any kind, pyrotechnics, raw rice, hammocks, fog machines, and inflatables/bounce houses are also not allowed.

Weather: Oaks Park is open rain or shine. When an extreme heat warning is in effect, the park may close early. There are no weather-related refunds, exchanges, or rain checks.

Ride Maintenance: There are no refunds or price reductions if a ride is closed for maintenance during all or part of the operating day.

Refunds and Cancellations: Group Discount Ride Bracelets are non-refundable. In cases of emergency, the date for the Group Discount Ride Bracelet validity may be rescheduled by emailing weborders@oakspark.com a minimum of 72 hours before the original reservation date/time. Unused bracelets left over from your visit may be used on any subsequent standard operating day of the season in which they are purchased.

Open Skate Session Group Discount

Waivers: All visitors participating in roller skating must complete a waiver. For minors, the form must be filled out by a parent or guardian. It is your responsibility to make sure that each skater has a waiver completed before the date of your visit; instruct parents/guardians of minor guests to visit oakspark.com/waiver to fill out the required form before the date of your event. Any individual who does not have a waiver on file will not be able to skate.

Group Discount Offer: The group discount is 25% off the retail rate. A minimum purchase of 25 admissions to a single Open Skate Session is required to qualify. The group rate is not valid for Specialty Sessions.

Skates: Standard skate rental is included at no additional charge.  Specialty skates can be rented from the Skate Shop during your session (subject to availability) for an additional fee of $3-$4.  Personal skates are welcome, subject to inspection.

Safe Skating Practices: Headgear, headsets, Bluetooth headphones, and sunglasses may not be worn while roller skating. Hats may not be worn while skating except when secured with a hat clip. Loose items are not permitted on the skating floor, e.g., cell phones, cameras, stuffed animals, etc. Loose clothing draped around the body may not be taken on the skating floor. All guests must wear skates to be on the skating floor. For everyone's safety, the following behaviors are prohibited: jumping, fast or reckless skating, weaving, zigzagging, and practicing roller derby moves through traffic. Pushing, shoving, racing, chasing, or playing tag is not permitted anywhere in the Roller Rink. All skaters must keep moving while on the skating floor; skaters may not stop and stand along the sidewalls or eat and drink over the walls. No one may pick up and/or carry anyone while wearing skates, including parents of small children. Sitting on, or jumping over, the sidewalls is not allowed. Sitting on laps or showing excessive affection is not permitted. Violation of any of these rules may result in eviction from the premises without refunds. Report all conflicts and safety concerns to the staff.

Skate at Your Own Risk: Roller skating is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury; by participating you assume the risk of injury.

Music: Live Pipe Organ - SUN @ 1 PM/7 PM, THURS @ 7 PM. All other sessions feature a mix of top-40s and retro hits.

Food and Beverages: Outside food/beverages are prohibited. The rink cafe will be operational during all Open Skate Sessions; view menu.

Lockers: Coin-operated lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Birthday Shout-Outs: On SAT/SUN, we have scheduled times for sending out birthday wishes over the loudspeaker as follows: 2:30 PM, 4 PM, 8:30 PM, and 9:30 PM (SAT only). To add a name to our shout-out list, visit the Skate Shop. Individual birthday shout-outs are only made to call scheduled birthday party groups into the Cafe for their table time. During weekday sessions, please visit the Skate Shop for birthday shout-out options.

Warm Weather Advisory: The Roller Rink does not have A/C. The main skating floor is cooled by a swamp cooler. Rick's Cafe is air-conditioned.

Refunds and Cancellations: Group Discount Open Skate admission tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for the date/time set at the time of purchase. In cases of emergency, the date for the Group Discount ticket validity may be rescheduled by emailing weborders@oakspark.com a minimum of 72 hours before the original reservation date/time.
