• 4 hours of rental time
• Up to 10 round tables with black or white linen
• Up to 100 chairs
• Bar Services: no-host cash bar with 2 hours of bartending
• Choice of coffee or punch service
• Water cooler service
• Projection screen
Also included: a professional sound system with a wired microphone, use of the kitchen appliances (excluding dishwasher and coffee machine), WIFI, free parking, spacious restroom facilities, air conditioning , water cooler service.
Package also includes one room host staff to keep the room clean and tidy, stock the restrooms, and oversee execution of the event contract.

- Package available Monday - Thursday between 7 AM and 10 PM. Available Fridays between 7 AM and 6 PM. Not available on holidays.
- The following special conditions apply to all Weekday Package Events:
- • Substitutions of package items and time extensions not available.
• Outside catering/concessions are prohibited during Weekday Package events. Organizers may provide homemade or grocery store food, have delivery pizza, or purchase catering from Oaks Park.
• Professional performers are prohibited during Weekday Package events.
• Bar services include glassware or disposable barware and licensing. Hosted alcohol, soda, and sparkling cider available for an additional fee.
• Bride's Room available to wedding events only.
General rental policies apply to Weekday Package events with the exceptions listed above.
