George is Oaks Park Skating Club's head coach and the was the Operations Manager and CEO of Oaks Amusement Park for nearly 30 years before his retirement in 2018. He is still actively coaching and is the driving force behind the Oaks Park Skating Club.
Bob and Sharon were childhood sweethearts, skating partners, and are now a successful coaching duo! They were National Champions for 10 consecutive years and in 2018 we're named to the US Roller Sports hall of fame.
Joan Dreyer is one of the United State's most successful and experienced coaches. She has trained over 50 skaters to placements at the National Championships with over 20 National Titles earned by her skaters.
Oaks is proud to welcome Greg Good to our coaching staff! Greg, with his partner Jodi Viola, was a multiple-time National and World Champion. He has recently joined our staff, coming to us from a successful coaching career in California.
Amy has been a competitor in roller figure skating on the Regional and National level and has won numerous titles, including the 2015 National title in her age division for roller dance. Her sons David and Charlie have been on the US World Team.
Bill and Abbi met while competing for different rinks in the NW region and soon fell in love, both with each other and with roller sports! Their Oaks Park Show Team medalled at the 2016, 2017, and 2018 National Championships.
Derek has been the speed coach at Oaks Park for 10 years. During that time, he and his 2 sons have also enjoyed their own success of his own at a regional and national level.
Suzi started her skating journey at 14 years old. A longtime Oaks Park skater, she has enjoyed the many successes artistic roller skating has brought her. Suzi is a multi-time US National Champion and now enjoys teaching the next generation.
Tiffany has been an active part of the Oaks Park Skating Club since childhood and was a pairs National Champion in her youth. Her mother, Susan Richardson, is also on the coaching staff. She's enjoyed the sport with her 2 daughters, husband, and 2 step-sons.
Bill teaches both recreational and competitive skaters. He enjoys watching his students grow and learn! He continues to further his skating education by attending seminars for roller figure skating and traveling to meets across the United States.
Sue started skating at the age of 5 and was a pairs National Champion as a child. She has been an integral part of The Oaks as a coach at the Oaks for 46 years. She has taught many Regional and National Champions.
Cindy been a member of the Oaks Park Skating Club since 1972 and have been coaching at the Oaks since 1989. She holds the rare distinction of having Gold Medal Proficiency Tests in Figures, Loops, American Team Dance, International Team Dance and Speed Skating.
