At this summer's USA Roller Sports National Championships, Annie and David were selected to represent the United States at the World Skate Artistic Roller Skating World Championships! The championships, taking place this October in La Vendeé, France, will be their first time competing at the World level. Annie and David, many-time US National Champions, have skated together since they were just 2 and 3 years old. Now 15 and 16 years old, they train 5 days a week right here at Oaks Park Roller Rink, work in our skating rink, and maintain A-averages in advanced courses at Cleveland (Annie) and Roosevelt (David) High Schools. We wish them the best of luck in France - go Team USA!
While under the umbrella of the US Olympic Committee, Roller Sport athletes must fund their own travel to the World Championships. Please consider helping them get to Worlds! Donate Now
